We take the protection of personal information seriously. The Foundation manages all personal data in strict accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This means we collect, use, and store your information responsibly, with transparency and respect for your privacy rights.

Our Board of Directors applies the Carver Model of Governance to ensure all policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and aligned with our legal, regulatory, and privacy obligations. We maintain open and cooperative communication with relevant authorities and respond promptly to any compliance matters.

Above all, we remain committed to serving our community with integrity, accountability, and respect for the legal and privacy frameworks that underpin our work across Australia.
